An Experiment - lowering EMF exposure
Here is an experiment you can try to find out if EMF exposure might be affecting your health. Every night at bedtime do the following:
1) Unplug the wifi router/modem
2) Unplug all cordless phones
3) Unplug smart tv
4) Put cell phones in airplane mode & turn off wifi/bluetooth
5) If possible, turn off electricity breaker to the bedroom
Keep a diary of any changes you notice.
Sleep is when the body rests, heals, releases stress and toxins. EMF frequencies have been found to disrupt the body's energy, depleting melatonin, and interfering with restorative sleep.
Try this experiment for at least a week and see if you notice any changes in your overall health and vitality.
